Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) Avir at El Paso

Avir Health Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical leadership in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the facility's care team to oversee both short- and long-term residents, managing admissions, discharges, monthly stability checks, and evaluations for changes in condition. You will also handle advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribing treatments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care for both short- and long-term residents
• Manage patient admissions and discharges

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Advanced Practice Licensure (APN)
• Active DEA registration
• Master's degree in Nursing
• Previous nursing or clinical experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
