Nurse Practitioner, Psych PMHNP - San Mateo Transitions

Telecare is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide direct psychiatric care and medical treatment to individuals served through San Mateo Transitions, an Assertive Community Treatment program. This role offers flexibility with two openings: one full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm onsite) and one part-time position (16 hours per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8am-5pm onsite, with flexible day options).

San Mateo Transitions serves 280 individuals, including 40 who receive residential services, 50 older adults, and 55 criminal justice clients. As a senior member of the clinical team, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver psychiatric care to this diverse population.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science
• Advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
• Minimum of one year of full-time experience (or equivalent part-time) working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
• Active DEA license
• Active Furnishing license

Compensation

• Expected starting wage range: $107-$131 per hour
• Pay range is based on geographic location and adjusted for geographic differentials
• Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above minimum requirements
• Benefits eligibility begins at 20 hours per week
