Nurse Practitioner, Psych PMHNP - King County PACT

Telecare is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide direct psychiatric care and medication management to individuals served through the King County Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT). As a senior member of the clinical team, you will develop and deliver recovery-focused treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Clinical Setting

PACT serves individuals with severe and persistent mental illness who experience difficulties with daily living activities. The PACT team is transdisciplinary and mobile, delivering the majority of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services in community locations rather than in program offices. Services are provided in settings comfortable and convenient for consumers, enabling individuals to find and maintain their own residence and employment in community jobs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychiatric care and medication treatment to program members
• Develop and deliver recovery-focused treatment plans in concert with the multidisciplinary team
• Serve as a senior member of the clinical team

Schedule

Part-time, 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is an onsite position.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science
• Advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Minimum of one year of full-time experience (or equivalent part-time) working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities
• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
• Active DEA license
• Active Furnishing license

Compensation

Expected starting wage range: $134,866 to $166,554 annually. Telecare applies geographic differentials to pay ranges based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
