Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care - Fort Mill, SC

Piedmont Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join a growing Primary Care practice in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This outpatient-based role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Clinical Setting

This is a full-time outpatient position within a primary care practice. You will work in a collaborative environment providing services to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellness visits and preventive care
• Manage acute illnesses and sick visits
• Provide follow-up care for established patients
• Manage chronic diseases
• Work within collaborative agreements and state requirements

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner
• Current RNP (Registered Nurse Practitioner) license
• Current licensure, certification, or registration as required by state law, regulation, and facility policy
• Additional certifications as required by governing board and facility Medical Staff Bylaws
