Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care - Boca Raton, FL

Palm Beach Health Network and Tenet Healthcare are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join a primary care practice in Boca Raton, FL. This is a 100% outpatient, clinic-based position offering the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while building long-term relationships with patients across the lifespan. The role emphasizes continuity of care with a consistent weekday schedule and no inpatient responsibilities.

Clinical Setting

• Fully outpatient, clinic-based primary care practice
• Patient population includes all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, aligned with normal business hours
• No inpatient responsibilities, call, or weekend coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Manage preventive care and chronic disease management
• Practice per collaborative agreement and/or state requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner
• Current RNP (Registered Nurse Practitioner) license
• Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as required by law, regulation, and state of practice
• Additional certifications as required by governing board and facility Medical Staff Bylaws
