Nurse Practitioner / Physician Associate - Walk-In Clinic

Samaritan Health Services is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Walk-In Clinic team in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. This hybrid position combines in-person care in our fast-paced walk-in clinics with remote telehealth visits, offering variety and flexibility while maintaining excellent work-life balance.

Clinical Setting

Our Walk-In Clinics operate in Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon, and Sweet Home. The clinics are collaborative environments where providers deliver urgent care to diverse patient populations. You will work alongside other providers in a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in walk-in clinic settings, seeing an average of 25-35 patients per day with double-provider coverage
• Conduct remote telehealth visits from home, averaging 3-4 patients per hour
• Perform limited in-clinic procedures including suturing and incision and drainage
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in both in-person and virtual settings
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Three shifts per week
• One weekend per month
• 12-hour shifts for both in-person and telehealth work
• Rotating weekend schedule

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in walk-in/urgent care, telehealth, or emergency medicine
• Comfortable providing care in both in-person and virtual settings
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Eligible to work in the United States
