Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Primary Care

Quality Primary Care Associates is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient primary care role. This position offers a physician-led practice environment with support from three physicians, modern documentation tools, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. You will provide primary care services in a supportive setting designed to reduce administrative burden and allow you to focus on patient care.

Clinical Setting

• Outpatient primary care practice
• Locations in Rockville, Gaithersburg, or Columbia, Maryland
• Physician-led environment with guidance from three physicians
• No hospital rounding, nights, weekends, or on-call duties

Schedule

• Daytime outpatient schedule only
• No nights, weekends, call, or hospital rounding

Qualifications and Licensure

• Licensed or license-eligible Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) in Maryland
• Primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or urgent care experience preferred
• Newer providers welcome if motivated and open to training

Compensation and Bonuses

• Salary: $125,000–$145,000 based on experience
