AllCare Primary & Immediate Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider—Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—to deliver high-quality primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population in Ellard Village, GA. This full-time role emphasizes clinical precision, evidence-based practice, and exceptional patient outcomes in a well-organized environment with modern technology and comprehensive support systems.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a primary care clinic setting, providing routine and urgent care services. The practice utilizes electronic medical records with dictation technology to streamline documentation and support efficient clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and thorough primary care services focused on delivering exceptional clinical outcomes
  • Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears, to the highest standards
  • Diagnose and treat common medical conditions using evidence-based practices
  • Counsel patients on wellness strategies and health promotion
  • Manage urgent complaints typical of a primary care clinic, including walk-ins
  • See approximately 2 to 2.2 patients per hour on average
  • Review all labs and clinical documents promptly and accurately
  • Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to drive high-quality, measurable outcomes
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and clinical excellence in all patient and staff interactions

Schedule

  • 3 weekdays per week (Monday through Friday): 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • 1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • No on-call responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Valid and unrestricted medical license (NP or PA license)
  • Board certification, if applicable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong dedication to providing compassionate patient care
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
