Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with expertise in internal medicine to join our healthcare team in Frisco, TX. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of internal medicine conditions in adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses within the scope of internal medicine
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab results
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Texas
• Certification in internal medicine or relevant experience in internal medicine practice
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills in managing adult patients with a variety of internal medicine conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
