Atria Health Institute seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Women's Health to join our membership-based primary and specialty care practice. This role focuses on preventive and precision-based care for our members and their families across multiple locations including New York City, Palm Beach, and Los Angeles, with additional expansion planned.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing in collaboration with the Women's Health Chief Medical Officer
- Evaluate patient needs, contribute to differential diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans for acute and chronic conditions
- Provide primary and specialty care services by prescribing medications, interpreting diagnostic results, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Perform gynecological health assessments including routine pelvic and breast examinations
- Evaluate and manage women's health issues across the lifespan
- Provide comprehensive family planning services including contraceptive counseling, fertility guidance, and reproductive health education
- Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions
- Deliver education on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle modification
- Support preventive care initiatives through screenings, education, and counseling related to hormonal balance and sexual health
- Function as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team, facilitating communication among healthcare providers and supporting care coordination
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation including patient histories, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines
- Pursue ongoing education and professional development through workshops, conferences, and advanced training
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida license as Nurse Practitioner in Women's Health or current Florida Physician Assistant license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as NP/PA in Women's Health
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Capability and experience with relevant procedures including vaccination, phlebotomy, catheterization, intravenous line placement, medication administration by IV and IM, assisting with colposcopies and endometrial biopsies
