Nurse Practitioner - Pediatric

EasyHealth is seeking experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioners to deliver in-home preventive care to members in Tucson, Arizona. This role offers autonomous practice in the community with flexible scheduling, meaningful one-on-one patient interaction, and administrative support from the EasyHealth team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive preventive health assessments during scheduled in-home visits
• Identify care needs and close important gaps in member health
• Connect members to appropriate ongoing care
• Travel locally for scheduled in-home visits
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical organization

Clinical Setting

This is not a traditional primary care practice or packed clinic schedule. You will meet members in their homes and have the opportunity to focus on delivering thoughtful, high-quality assessments without the constraints of a traditional clinic environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
• National board certification
• Pediatric certification
• Registered with Medicaid
• Ability to conduct comprehensive health assessments and identify care gaps
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Comfort with independent practice while being part of a supportive clinical organization
• Ability to travel locally for scheduled in-home visits
