The opportunity

Job Description

Ozarks Community Hospital in Rogers, AR is seeking a Float Nurse Practitioner to join the Benton County Clinic. This position provides primary healthcare to patients and families with a focus on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, and counseling. You will work under the direct supervision of a physician, following established guidelines and within the scope of practice for Nurse Practitioners.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse License
  • Current Nurse Practitioner License
  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
  • National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or certification eligibility (certification must be obtained within the first six months of employment)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (recertification required before expiration throughout employment)
