The opportunity
Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative chronic pain management team. You will work closely under physician supervision to provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of chronic pain conditions. Both experienced professionals and new graduates eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed history and physical exams to assess chronic pain conditions
- Develop tailored treatment plans combining medications, interventional procedures, and other supported modalities
- Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 25-30 individuals
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
- Handle medication refill requests and support ongoing patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

- No call schedule
Compensation
