Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care to patients in the Mobile, Alabama region. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in patients' homes as part of a mobile primary care service that serves patients across multiple states. This is a full-time position offering autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population managing chronic conditions.
Clinical Setting
Ennoble Care provides mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice services. You will visit patients in their homes throughout the Mobile, AL area, delivering continuity of care for individuals with chronic conditions and limited mobility.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Mobile, AL
- Assess patients' health by performing physical examinations, obtaining and updating medical histories, and developing care plans
- Develop clinical impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
- Prescribe medications, supplies, and appropriate medically necessary interventions
- Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
- Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms
- Attend quarterly medical staff meetings
- Provide care under the supervision of a physician
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified with valid NP or PA certification in the State of Alabama
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
- Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospice experience
Compensation and Schedule
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling that works for you
- Salary range: $105,000 - $130,000+ depending on experience and other incentives
- Providers are paid per visit
