Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Jungermann is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time primary care position in St. Peters, Missouri. This outpatient clinic role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a collaborative, patient-centered practice setting supported by 2 physicians, 2 advanced practitioners, and engaged support staff.

You will treat patients of all ages, managing both chronic and acute conditions in a structured primary care environment. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 36 patient-facing hours per week. There are no weekend or on-call requirements.

Clinical Setting

• Outpatient primary care clinic
• Integrated health system with system-wide Epic EMR
• Collaborative practice model with physician oversight and referral base

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients of all ages
• Manage chronic and acute conditions
• Participate in a team-based care model

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Qualifications

• Previous advanced practitioner primary care experience is preferred but not required
