Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Cardiology (Spanish-speaking) Part-Time

Doral Health & Wellness is seeking a Spanish-speaking Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient clinical team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cardiac care in a collaborative and modern clinical environment, working 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute, chronic, and complex cardiology conditions
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and interpret diagnostic studies
• Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and individualized cardiac management plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive health strategies
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and their families

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
• Active, unrestricted New York State license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Spanish-speaking proficiency required
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical experience in cardiology, internal medicine, or a related specialty

Schedule

• Part-time, 2 days per week
• Outpatient clinical setting

Compensation

• Starting at $90/hour, based on experience
