Nurse Practitioner – Neonatology

Join a collaborative neonatal intensive care team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, providing advanced clinical care to critically ill and recovering infants in Level 2 and Level 3 NICUs. In this role, you will attend high-risk deliveries, manage neonates less than 35 weeks gestation, and deliver comprehensive patient care in a setting focused on innovation, learning, and excellence in neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Attend deliveries and manage high-risk infants, including those less than 35 weeks gestation
• Perform patient admissions, history-taking, and physical assessments
• Manage NICU patients with advanced procedures including intubation, umbilical line placement, chest tube insertion, arterial puncture, arterial line placement, and ventilator management
• Provide continuous patient assessments and treatments to ensure safety and care quality
• Collaborate effectively with neonatologists, residents, and nursing staff within the multidisciplinary team

Clinical Setting

You will work in Level 2 and Level 3 NICUs within a caring, safe, and inclusive environment that promotes professional growth and community service.

Schedule

Flexible shift options are available, including 8, 12, 16, or 24-hour shifts. This position does not include outpatient clinic responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner certification
• Proficiency in neonatal procedures and critical care management
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
