The opportunity

Job Description

IVIRMA North America is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our fertility team at locations in Lafayette and Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will work collaboratively with reproductive endocrinologists and clinical teams to deliver comprehensive fertility care, including patient evaluations, treatment planning, and patient education throughout the fertility journey. Clinical Setting

You will practice at a premier fertility center providing reproductive endocrinology and infertility services to women and men. The role involves both clinical assessment and procedural responsibilities within a team-based care model.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain detailed medical histories, review medical records, and perform appropriate physical examinations
  • Perform detailed infertility evaluations including gynecologic exams, procedures, ultrasonography, and mock transfers
  • Order appropriate diagnostic tests and interpret laboratory values
  • Perform morning monitoring, including ultrasounds to monitor patient stimulation cycles, early pregnancy monitoring, and intrauterine insemination (IUI)
  • Collaborate with physicians in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and provide referrals as needed
  • Provide detailed and comprehensive patient counseling and education
  • Act as liaison between collaborating physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-level medical care and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Current APRN licensure, where applicable
  • National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in women's health or reproductive endocrinology and infertility
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer

Schedule and Conditions

May require unanticipated need to work beyond scheduled shift due to patient care needs.
