Nurse Practitioner- (Full Time with Benefits and Flex Time) Dyersburg, TN

Marathon Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time position in Dyersburg, Tennessee. This role offers a relationship-based primary care practice focused on prevention, wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and health education. You will practice at the top of your license with autonomy and support from a value-based care model that prioritizes health outcomes over patient volume.

Clinical Setting

Marathon Health operates onsite, nearsite, and network health centers with virtual primary care options. The practice emphasizes a sustainable approach to provider wellness through smaller patient panels, longer appointment times (20 to 60 minutes), and reduced administrative burden. You will have access to clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Provide wholistic primary care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education
• Manage routine wellness visits, chronic conditions, and urgent visits
• Practice independently with clinical autonomy
• Participate in ongoing learning through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Current ANCC or AANP board certification
• CPR/BLS certification at time of start date
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Independent practice provider status, where applicable per state regulation
• Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits

Compensation and Benefits

• Non-production-based compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 per year (varies by geographic location and candidate experience)
