Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine Care, Scatterfield

Community Health Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with family medicine training to join our outpatient Family Medicine Care clinic at Scatterfield in Anderson, Indiana. This is a full-time position offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work within one of the nation's most integrated healthcare systems.

Clinical Setting

You will work at Family Medicine Care, Scatterfield, located at 3125 S. Scatterfield Road, Suite 300, Anderson, IN 46013. This outpatient clinic is part of Community Health Network, a leading not-for-profit, provider-led healthcare system with over 1,300 providers and 200 sites of care across central Indiana. The clinic utilizes a single, robust electronic medical record system (EPIC).

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 36 hours of face-to-face patient care and 4 hours of administrative time per week
• Flexible scheduling: work four 9-hour days or spread hours across five days
• Day shift with potential start times as early as 7 AM

Required Qualifications

• Current national certification from a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination
• Maintain certification on an ongoing basis
• Eligibility for prescriptive authority under Indiana State Board of Nursing criteria
• Maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis
