Nurse Practitioner

Hilltop Primary Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pike County, Kentucky. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a patient-centered environment, working collaboratively with a supportive healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and treatment options

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Kentucky
• Current DEA certification
• Board certification
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or related field
