Nurse Practitioner - Durango, CO - Full-Time

This full-time Nurse Practitioner position involves conducting one-time disability assessments for Veterans applying for VA disability claims. You will work in a low-stress clinical setting, typically seeing 1-5 Veterans per day. Your responsibilities include reviewing medical records and completing assessments electronically on a secure platform with full technology and clinical support provided.

This role focuses exclusively on assessment and evaluation. You will not perform treatments, procedures, diagnoses, prescribing, billing, or disability percentage calculations. Appointment scheduling is managed by the employer, and walk-ins are not permitted.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or holidays

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed daily rate: $450–$550 per day
