Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary medical care to a diverse patient population. You will work collaboratively with our nursing and physician teams to provide high-quality patient care while maintaining accurate records and meeting productivity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient screenings and obtain patient history and physical examinations
• Update patient records and verify accuracy at each patient appointment
• Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and additional treatment options
• Deliver quality care while maintaining company productivity metrics
• Serve as a resource for patients requiring ongoing care information, counseling, and guidance, particularly for patients with critical conditions
