Clinical Setting

This role is based in a primary care and urgent care practice serving a diverse patient population in Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret laboratory tests, and prescribe medications
• Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time positions available
• 12-hour shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York
• Strong clinical and communication skills
