The Boeing Company's Health Services organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their occupational health team in Everett, WA. In this role, you will provide clinical services to Boeing employees and support the company's commitment to employee safety and well-being through occupational and non-occupational medical care.
You will work collaboratively with company physicians, community healthcare providers, and workers' compensation administrators to deliver comprehensive health services. This position may require occasional travel to other Boeing sites in the Puget Sound area.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical services and clinical consultation within the scope of an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license in collaboration with company physicians
- Deliver occupational and non-occupational medical services to employees, managers, and company organizations
- Perform clinical evaluation and urgent care assessment, treatment, and/or referral for occupational and non-occupational medical conditions
- Determine fitness for duty, functional capacity, and medical restrictions for employees in relation to job demands
- Provide assessment and consultation on accommodation and placement issues
- Perform health surveillance examinations and determine medical qualification for the occupational health examination program and international assignments
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license in the State of Washington or eligibility to obtain such licensure
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification
- One or more years of experience as a licensed independent practice Nurse Practitioner
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Experience delivering occupational health care
- Current membership in the Washington L&I Provider Network or ability to qualify
- DOT Medical Examiner Certification
Schedule and Travel
- Day shift position
- Occasional travel to other Boeing sites in the Puget Sound area may be required

- Salary range: $113,900 - $154,100 (based on candidate experience and qualifications)
