Job Description
Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a Nurse Extern to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. In this PRN, night shift position, you will care for patients across the lifespan, utilizing treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to a pre-licensure nurse in the clinical setting according to hospital policy.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in and progressing through an accredited nursing program
- Successfully completed the first Medical/Surgical rotation
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from a Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician program
- Certification in phlebotomy
- Certification in ECG
Schedule
