HCA HealthONE Swedish is a 408-bed acute care hospital and a national leader in neurosciences, stroke care, robotics, burn and reconstructive services, and oncology. You will be part of a comprehensive healthcare system serving the Denver metro area with over 170 care sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential patient care including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital sign monitoring, mobility support, and comfort and hygiene measures
- Perform nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter care, specimen collection, and other basic procedures as you gain experience and develop competency
- Document care accurately and communicate timely updates with the nursing team to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care
- Help patients and families understand their care plans and provide guidance for health and recovery
- Maintain clean and safe patient areas by following infection prevention practices, managing equipment, and organizing the environment
- Engage in learning opportunities, share ideas to improve care, and work with your supervisor or preceptor to develop your personal career development plan
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Compensation and Benefits
Hourly wage estimate: $19.29 - $25.80 per hour. The estimate represents the typical wage range for candidates hired. Actual salary may vary based on specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. Typical candidates are hired below the midpoint of the range.
