Job Description

Join St. Luke's Medical Center as a Nurse Extern II through the Best Fit Program, designed to launch your nursing career as you transition from student to registered nurse. This role offers a unique opportunity to rotate through three different Medical/Surgical specialty units, allowing you to explore different clinical environments and determine which specialty aligns best with your career goals. Upon program completion, you and unit managers will discuss potential permanent placement offers, giving you the chance to choose the specialty unit that best fits your long-term career aspirations.

This is an excellent bridge program for nursing students in their final year, providing hands-on clinical experience under the direct observation and mentorship of registered nurses while you complete your nursing education.
