Job Description

WakeMed is seeking a Nurse Aide II to provide patient care in the home health setting under the direction of a Registered Nurse. In this role, you will support WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care model by delivering compassionate care while honoring patient and family perspectives, sharing complete information, encouraging participation in care decisions, and collaborating with patients and families in the delivery of care.

Required Qualifications

  • Nurse Aide I license
  • Nurse Aide II license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of clinical experience as a Nurse Aide
