NP Aesthetic Nurse Injector

A growing boutique medical aesthetics and wellness practice in downtown Baltimore is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to perform injectable aesthetic treatments in a refined, spa-like clinical environment. This part-time position offers the opportunity to build your own patient following, develop your professional brand, and grow with an expanding practice.

The practice specializes in advanced aesthetic, skin, and wellness treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, facial balancing, PRF/EZ Gel, under-eye rejuvenation, microneedling, and laser services.

Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and advanced facial balancing
• Provide safe, natural-looking, patient-centered treatment plans
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and collaborate with the in-house esthetician
• Begin seeing patients with minimal ramp-up time, including an existing base of scheduled appointments
• Build and grow your patient following through excellent patient care, retention, and professional social media presence
• Collaborate with the clinical team on patient education, referrals, and retention
• Participate in laser training as new equipment is introduced
• Potential opportunity to take on Medical Director responsibilities with additional compensation for the right candidate

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland Nurse Practitioner license
• At least 2 years of experience with Botox/neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Able to begin treating patients with minimal training or ramp-up time
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
• Comfortable working in a growing practice where patient volume may fluctuate

• Experience with advanced facial balancing
• Interest in developing a personal brand and building a loyal patient base

Schedule and Compensation

• Part-time position to start with opportunity to transition to full-time as patient volume and your book of business grow
• Flexible scheduling
• Base pay of $60 per hour plus performance bonus
• Additional monthly stipend available for Medical Director responsibilities
