Job Description
Continental Manor is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care facility in Blanchester, Ohio. This is an opportunity to work in a newly renovated, 5-star, deficiency-free facility with a small, hands-on management team committed to supporting nursing staff and delivering high-quality, compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Perform routine vitals and assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist RNs and physicians during care
- Communicate with residents and their families
- Ensure compliance with care plans and regulations
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care as part of an interdisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio LPN license
- High school diploma or GED
