Job Description
Continental Manor is a 5-star, deficiency-free long-term care facility seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our newly renovated facility in Blanchester, Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to work in a small, supportive environment where your contributions directly impact resident care and your voice is valued by management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Perform routine vitals and assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist RNs and physicians during care
- Communicate with residents and their families
- Ensure compliance with care plans and regulations
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care as part of a collaborative team

Required Qualifications
