Nights - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Home Health

Angels of Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children on night shifts. This is a home health nursing position based in Pittsburgh, PA, where you will work directly with pediatric patients requiring skilled nursing care in their home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient condition and complete assessments
• Educate and support families
• Follow individualized plan of care

Clinical Setting

You will work in patients' homes providing 1:1 care with no patient ratios. The organization serves medically fragile children and young adults.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Ability to provide care in a home setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available
• 8-16 hour shifts available
