Barren County Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time night shift position in our long-term care facility. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to residents, helping them maintain dignity and comfort throughout the night.
Responsibilities
- Attend to individual resident needs including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulation
- Take and record patient vital signs
- Lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics
- Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nursing management
- Communicate effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors
- Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff
- Assist nurses with various duties as directed
Schedule
- Full-time, night shift position
Required Qualifications
- Current state CNA certification

- At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting
