Frontline Personnel is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our staffing team. This position offers flexible scheduling with per-diem availability and the opportunity to work in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings, making a direct impact on resident comfort and wellbeing.

Compensation and Schedule

• $45 per hour
• Various shifts available
• Per-diem positions available
• Daily pay option

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinate medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Administer medications to residents
• Follow infection control, emergency, and center policies
• Collaborate with the resident's interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents' condition to appropriate personnel per center policy

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license issued by the State
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable with a team-first attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of prior nursing experience
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
