New Hampshire - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Brightside Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide evidence-based mental health care through a fully remote telehealth platform. In this role, you will conduct synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging with patients, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication-related counseling. You will work with a supportive team of collaborating psychiatrists and clinical leadership, utilizing a custom-built EMR integrated with artificial intelligence to support clinical decision-making, treatment monitoring, and patient follow-ups.

Clinical Setting

This is a 100% remote telehealth position with no on-call or after-hours work requirements. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule with a minimum of 8 hours of availability per week. The role involves working with Brightside's measurement-based care model, which tracks patient symptoms, adherence, and side effects weekly and automatically triggers treatment reviews when patients are not improving.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine, including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging
• Evaluate patient records and make prescribing decisions in a timely manner
• Provide medication-related counseling as needed
• Complete charting within 48 hours of each session
• Maintain a 72-hour messaging response window for patient communications
• Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and other Brightside providers
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and proficiency in writing medical information at a patient level

Required Qualifications

• Active and clear APRN license
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP)
• Minimum 2 years of autonomous experience practicing as a PMHNP post-graduate
• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting
• Telehealth experience and high comfort level with technology
• Licensed in 4 or more states
• Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid
