New Graduate School Registered Nurse (RN) – Medford, MA | $50–$54/hr

This position offers new graduate registered nurses an opportunity to launch their nursing career in school nursing, a clinical setting that provides predictable daytime hours and meaningful patient interactions with students.

School nursing combines health assessment, medication administration, and care coordination in a supportive environment. You will support student health and wellness throughout the school day, manage both chronic and acute health concerns, administer medications and treatments, maintain health records and documentation, and collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers.

Clinical Setting

• Monday through Friday school-day schedule
• Opportunities for 1:1 student support or health office roles
• School-year assignment opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Support student health and wellness throughout the school day

• Maintain health records and documentation

Schedule

• No nights, weekends, or major holidays
• Consistent daytime schedule
• Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation

• $50–$54 per hour
• Paid weekly with direct deposit
