New Graduate RN - Registered Nurse - Fargo

Sanford Health is seeking New Graduate Registered Nurses to join one of the largest rural health systems in the United States. As an RN, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized patient care across the continuum of care, from preventative care through treatment and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide direct patient care in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Coordinate care planning and patient education
• Perform triage and various nursing interventions
• Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge using age and population-specific standards
• Function within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited)
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice will occur, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Schedule and Compensation

• Rotating shifts
• 36 scheduled weekly hours
• Salary range: $34.00 - $48.00 per hour
• Sign-on bonus available to eligible applicants
• Non-union position
