Sanford Health is seeking New Graduate Registered Nurses to join one of the largest rural health systems in the United States. As an RN, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized patient care across the continuum of care, from preventative care through treatment and follow-up. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans using the nursing process
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Provide direct patient care in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
- Coordinate care planning and patient education
- Perform triage and various nursing interventions
- Practice within the scope and standards of nursing as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules
- Demonstrate competency in age and population-specific standards for your assigned clinical setting

Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited)
- Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where you will practice, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications

Schedule and Compensation
- Rotating shifts
- 36 scheduled weekly hours
- Salary range: $34.00 - $48.00 per hour
- Sign-on bonus available to eligible applicants
