New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) - Private Duty Nurse

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for private duty nursing positions serving children and adults in home-based settings. As a new graduate RN, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in their homes while working toward outstanding clinical outcomes as part of a collaborative nursing team.

Clinical Setting

You will provide direct patient care in private home environments. Aveanna utilizes electronic documentation via tablet systems placed in each patient's home, supporting efficient and accurate clinical record-keeping.

Schedule and Employment

• Flexible scheduling options: full-time, part-time, or PRN

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire if necessary)
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Compliance with all health-related requirements in your jurisdiction, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
