MetroWest Medical Center is hiring new graduate registered nurses for our Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) residency program. We are accepting applications for cohorts starting November 16th, 2026 and December 7th, 2026. This position is ideal for newly licensed RNs who are ready to launch their nursing career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
You will work in our Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum unit as part of a multidisciplinary team providing care to women and newborns during labor, delivery, recovery, and the postpartum period.
Our LDRP RN Residency is a comprehensive 12-month new graduate program designed to help you successfully transition from student to professional nurse. The program combines expert mentorship, hands-on learning, and collaboration with experienced nurses and fellow new graduate RNs. You will develop delegation and priority-setting skills, learn to provide holistic patient care through interdisciplinary communication, and establish valuable professional relationships. The program includes opportunities to experience different shifts and patient populations.
