Join Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital as a Registered Nurse on LCH 7A, a 15-bed general pediatric unit serving patients from newborn to 18 years old. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to children with a wide variety of diagnoses including respiratory, gastrointestinal, surgical, endocrine, and other conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team dedicated to delivering safe, therapeutic care to children and supporting their families.

Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital is the largest children's hospital between Atlanta and Washington DC with 247 beds. The hospital features a newly expanded 24-bed PICU, a 20-bed Cardiac ICU, an 85-bed Level IV NICU, an inpatient pediatric rehabilitation floor, and over 125 pediatric subspecialists across more than 30 specialties. LCH is Charlotte's only Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center and has been named a Best Children's Hospital by U.S. News & World Report for 18 consecutive years, with national rankings in 7 pediatric specialties. Responsibilities

  • Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
  • Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making in patient care delivery
  • Use skilled communication to lead efforts in creating the safest patient environment and best patient experience

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
  • Active Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis (Atrium Health is currently unable to provide employment visa sponsorship for this role)
