New Graduate, Registered Nurse RN

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring newly licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one patient care in the Charlotte metro area, serving adult and pediatric clients across Anson, Cabarrus, Gaston, Mecklenburg, Richmond, and Union Counties.

This position is part of BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program, the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). You will work with patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, giving you the opportunity to explore your nursing interests while building confidence in your clinical skills.

Clinical Setting

You will provide care in home health settings, working close to home with short commute times. BAYADA offers around-the-clock clinical support and in-depth paid training from day one, including access to award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs.

Schedule and Compensation

• Flexible scheduling around your availability
• Weekly pay
• Pay range: $28-$32 per hour
• $1,200 nurse referral bonuses available

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one patient care
• Use electronic charting with Statewise
• Work with Clinical Managers who will ensure you enter the field comfortable and confident in your skills

Required Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the United States
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing
