New Graduate Registered Nurse 2026

Baptist Health Paducah is seeking Registered Nurses graduating in December to launch their careers through our Transition to Practice RN Residency Program. This program provides comprehensive support for new graduates entering professional nursing practice, including experienced mentors and exposure to multiple specialty opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care for patients
• Educate patients and their families
• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain high standards of professional nursing practice
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Kentucky RN provisional license or RN licensure as recognized by the Kentucky Board of Nursing
