New Graduate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

NIVA Health's Mobile Wound Care Division is seeking recent Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Physician Assistant (PA) graduates to launch their careers providing wound care in patients' homes and local facilities. This full-time position offers comprehensive training and mentorship in advanced wound care techniques with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on wound care using modern therapies and assessment tools
• Work with experienced clinical leaders to develop treatment plans and clinical skills
• Perform wound assessments and care coordination
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with patients and families about care management and education
• Work independently while adapting to various patient settings

Clinical Setting

This is a mobile care role where you will travel to patients' homes and local facilities to deliver wound care services. NIVA Health serves nearly 50,000 patients and maintains an established, innovative clinical approach to wound management.

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate status with active NP or PA license (or license in process)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new settings
