New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Premier Cadbury is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide bedside nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates to launch their nursing career in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on resident-centered care.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a skilled nursing facility providing care to residents with varying healthcare needs. The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to residents
• Participate in care planning and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to appropriate healthcare professionals
• Supervise and coordinate care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Assist with clinical assessments and problem-solving
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled nursing environment

Compensation and Benefits

• $28–$30 per hour
• $3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs
