New Grads Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who have recently graduated to join our team at our Crystal Lake facility in Bayville, NJ. This full-time position is part of our New Graduate Support Program, which provides structured training and mentorship specifically designed to help newly licensed nurses build confidence and develop strong clinical skills as they transition into practice.

New Graduate Support Program

Our program supports LPNs within 6 months of graduation with:

• 6–8 week structured orientation and training program
• Dedicated mentor for ongoing guidance and support
• Gradual increase in patient load during the first 60–90 days
• Focus on clinical development and confidence-building

Schedule

• Day and night shifts available
• Option for a 3-day work week (12-hour shifts)
• Consistent, stable scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license (must be fully licensed and ready to work)
• Must have passed the NCLEX-PN and obtained licensure
• Must be within 6 months of graduation to qualify
