New Grad Registered Nurse - RN Nurse Residency

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking New Graduate Registered Nurses for an accredited nurse residency program in home care. This is a paid residency designed specifically for nurses new to the profession, offering comprehensive training and clinical support as you begin your nursing career.

As a New Graduate RN in this residency program, you will provide one-on-one patient care in home settings, working with patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. You will have the opportunity to explore different areas of nursing while receiving in-depth paid training from day one and around-the-clock clinical support from experienced Clinical Managers.

Clinical Setting

Bayada is a non-profit home health care provider. You will work close to home with flexible scheduling around your availability. The organization cares for patients across the lifespan with varying diagnoses and acuity levels.

Required Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the United States
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• CPR certification

Compensation

• $30-34 per hour
• Weekly pay
• $1,200 nurse referral bonuses available
