Multi-Site Aesthetic Nurse, RN (Syracuse, New York)

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic treatments across multiple studio locations in upstate New York. This travel-based role supports studios in Orchard Park, Tonawanda, Fayetteville, Pittsford, Cicero, and New Hartford, offering variety and the opportunity to expand clinical skills across different teams and patient populations.

Clinical Setting

You will work in aesthetic medicine environments providing cosmetic treatments to guests seeking aesthetic enhancement. The role involves rotating across multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations, bringing consistency in care delivery and clinical standards across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and related procedures
• Maintain consistent, high-quality care standards across all assigned studio locations
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on membership options and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards in all treatment environments
• Partner with studio teams to support performance goals including revenue, rebooking, and guest retention

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in New York
• One to three years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between multiple studio locations in the assigned region
• Proficiency with EMR platforms and aesthetic treatment technology
• Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills
• Professional and personable demeanor with guests and team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state nursing licensure

Schedule

Full-time position with no overnight shifts or holiday requirements. Predictable schedule with guaranteed time off.

• Base salary of $70,000 or more, plus monthly incentive pay
