Multi-Site Aesthetic Nurse, RN

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic treatments across multiple studio locations in the Dakotas and Iowa region. This full-time, travel-based role offers the opportunity to work with diverse teams and guest populations while expanding your aesthetic nursing skills across a multi-site practice.

Clinical Setting

You will rotate between Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations in Fargo, Grand Forks, Sioux Falls, and Sioux City, providing aesthetic care in a professional studio environment. This role is based in Fargo and requires travel between assigned studio locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and related procedures
• Maintain consistent, high-quality care standards across all studio locations
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on membership options and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards in all treatment environments
• Partner with studio teams to support performance metrics including revenue, rebooking, and guest retention

Schedule

• Full-time position with no overnight or holiday shifts
• Predictable schedule with guaranteed time off

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa
• 1 to 3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between multiple studio locations
• Professional and personable demeanor with guests and team members
• Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills
• Comfort with EMR platforms and aesthetic treatment technology
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and strong clinical responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state RN licensure

• Base salary of $70,000 or more, plus monthly incentive pay
